Island House Condominiums are all individually owned so no two units are exactly alike. The few things they do have in common is the comfort of home, the sound of the waves, and full kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, blenders, toasters, pots and pans, utensils, bowls, and plates. We have 2 elevators on the property for your convenience as well as a heated pool- during winter months- as well as a coined laundry room and gas barbecue pits for those Texas sized steaks and grilled shrimp. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Island House is a no pet and non-smoking in units property. USD 1500.00 will be assessed for any violations. Check in time is after 4 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 11am. Please check in at the front desk. A credit card for incidentals is required at check-in. Minimum age required at check-in is 25.
